Minnie Tinoco

Minnie was born to Rafael Heredia and Dolores Gomez Heredia in Fort Hancock, Texas on May 19, 1942. She married Fidel L. Tinoco on February 14, 1979.

She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings Maria Torres, Virginia Deanda, Dorotea Torres, Rosa Leon, Lorenzo Heredia, Juan Heredia, Luis Heredia and Rafael Heredia, Jr.

Chica is survived by her brother Liberato Heredia; children Sylvia (Raymond) Mancha, Manuel (Dorthey) Marmolejo, Francis (Lawrence) Vara, Johnny (Letty) Marmolejo, Melissa (Monseis) Gutierrez, Eliodoro (Martha) Tinoco, Rosa Elena (Jesus) Chaidez, Fidel (Linda) Tinoco, Juan (Angel) Tinoco, Efrain Tinoco, Rojelio (Yolanda) Tinoco, Edmundo (Guadalupe) Tinoco, and Cecilia Tinoco; 40 grandchildren and 51 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Manuel Marmolejo III, George Magallanes, Jr., Orlando Magallanes, Abraham Vara, Jesus Fidel Zubia, Stephen Alvarado and Jonathon Marmolejo.

There will be a visitation at Ellis Funeral Home on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 5 to 9 pm with a rosary at 7 pm. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 am on Friday, August 3, 2018 at San Miguel Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
