She is survived by her loving husband, Renny Rohmer; two daughters, Dena (Michael) Crownover and Jennifer Annette (Henry) Diaz; as well as two grandsons, Jonathan and Ross Crownover.
Mrs. Rohmer was an Elementary School teacher for over eleven years – teaching at Nan Gray Davis, Burroughs, Council and Castlen, as well as the children admitted in Charter Hospital. She loved gardening and the beach, and was a meticulous photographer. She cherished her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a devoted wife and mother, and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Forest Hill Church of God on Moffett Road, with a funeral service immediately following at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be in Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, or to the American Diabetes Association.
