Vivien Lee Council

Vivien Lee Council, a beloved resident of Mobile, AL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 16, 2020, surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 77. Vivien is survived by her children; Brenda Harvey, Susan Holton (Brian), Darlene McFarland and Emmett Philyaw, Jr. (Jennifer), eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by her sister, Carol Dean, brother-in-law, nephew and many lifelong friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Sarah Fredrickson and Willie Chapman, and brothers, Gene Chapman and Steve Fredrickson.

A memorial visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 20, 2020. A Celebration of Life will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel .
