Willie Von McRaney Sr.

Mr. Willie Von McRaney, Sr., age 105, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, January 9, 2019. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 83 years, Dorothy Stafford McRaney, his daughters, Nelda Jean McRaney Coward and Catherine Ann McRaney Brown and seven siblings. He is survived by his son, Willie Von McRaney, Jr., his sister Dorothy McRaney Huey, 8 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren. Mr. McRaney was a longtime member of Government Street United Methodist Church and Christ United Methodist. He was the founder of PaperProducts Company of Mobile, a former member of the Board of Trustees of Mobile Infirmary and an avid hunter. The family would like to thank Katrina Jackson and her staff for their longtime dedication and service to Maw Maw and Paw Paw.
