Debbie, Letha and Wade
So sorry about the passing of your dear Mom. She was a joy to be around when we attended church together. I know it’s hard but you all have some special memories and with Gods blessings it will make it easier. Sorry I could not be there. I retired and moved to High Point to be near my son and the grandkids. Much love and prayers for each of you.

Betty was a blessing to my family. She cared for both my girls when they were little. Both April and Ashley loved Betty and Cecil. They were more like another set of grandparents for them. Betty was such a sweetheart to a young mother like me. She was another role model of how to treat children. We were very blessed to have such loving care for our girls.

I am so saddened to hear of Betty's passing. She was my daycare-giver when I was a young child before I went to kindergarten. I remember she made the best vegetable soup, and I have many other fond memories of time well spent at her house, playing with Allison and Corey.

Although it's been probably over 20 years since I've seen her, Betty always found a way to stay connected with me. She would still send me birthday cards every year when I was in college.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family - love and hugs to you all!
