A funeral service for Rubi will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Monroe Church of the Nazarene, 322 W. Main St., Monroe, WA 98272. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM at IOOF Cemetery, 21714 Old Owen Rd., Monroe, WA 98272.
