CLARK, Blanche H., 103, beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away on Dec. 4, 2015, in Montgomery, AL. Born Dec. 2, 1912, raised in the Pigeon Creek, AL, community, she lived for a short time in Birmingham, Montgomery, and Greenville, and then moved to Montgomery to remain in 1957. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Clark; father, James Richard Heath; mother, Viola Alma Currington Heath; and brothers, Herman, Oral, Bertram, and Henry Heath. She is survived by her son Gayle (Margaret) Clark, Millbrook; daughters--Jacquie Clark, Prattville; Kathy Williams, Birmingham; and Paula (Douglas) Abernathy, Montgomery; 5 grandchildren, and 6 great-grand children. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Her passions were her children, flowers, and gardening. Visitation will be at Leak Memory on Dec. 8, 2015 from 10:00-11:00 AM, with a Graveside Service immediately following in Greenwood Cemetery. The service will be performed by Brother Tom Smith from Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be David Abernathy, Michael Abernathy, Bob Hawkins, Bryan Rogers, Albie Heath, and Bryant Weldon.
