Eileen Blackman Bazzell, 83, a resident of Montgomery, AL died Thursday, September 9, 2010 in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 13, 2010 at 11:00 AM from Leak-Memory Chapel with Pastor Earl B. Wise officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home. Survivors include her children, Gary M. Bazzell (Brenda), Gerald W. Bazzell (Kim), Glenn S. Bazzell (Laura), Gregory L. Bazzell (Angela); seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Bazzell. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Bazzell, Jeff Bazzell, Kris Bazzell, Blake Bazzell, Kenny Davis and Kemper Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Cade Bazzell and Jeff Tippets. Memorial contributions may be made to Highland Gardens Baptist Church. Arrangements under the direction of Leak Memory Chapel, Montgomery, AL.
