Bubba lived a fulfilled life from traveling to all states except Hawaii with his job in railroad maintenance, to spending time with friends and family. There was no doubt Bubba was the life of the party. There wasn’t a time he spent with family and friends where he wasn’t making a joke or picking and aggravating someone just to get a rise out of them. Bubba was known for never being late! He always said he would be two hours early before he was two minutes late. Some of us learned the hard way that if you weren’t on time he would leave you!
Bubba loved fishing, grilling the best BBQ ribs, the Auburn tigers, and days on the water riding the pontoon. Among his career, his character, his favorite activities, friends and being a father, the thing he loved most was being PawPaw to his grandchildren and great-grandchild. While he has left these things behind, he has also left an endless amount of love and memories that we are thankful to remember.
