Wesley L. Fodrocy

Wesley L. Fodrocy, age 77 passed suddenly, at home on Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Wes is survived by his wife of 54 years, Audrey; three children, Michael J. Fodrocy, Brian W. (Michelle) Fodrocy and Patricia A. (Don) Lockhart; five grandchildren, Paul Marvin, Michael Marvin, Samantha Fodrocy, Shaina Peterson and Morgan Fodrocy; three great-grandchildren; three siblings, Roseanne Tadlock, George (Jeanie) Fodrocy and Mary (Jim) Sandwick, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Garrett Marvin and two brothers. Wes was a veteran in the United States Air Force serving during the Korean War, was a lifetime member of VFW Don Rea Post #8846. He retired from American Coil Spring, and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed both hunting and fishing. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at the Ever Rest Funeral Home, 1783 E. Keating Ave., in Muskegon. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to his family in care of Audrey Fodrocy.
