He was born on May 18, 1934 to parents Adolph Gustav Anderson and Fern Alice Robinson Anderson in Carterville, Missouri.
Those who knew Paul knew they met a “character”. He was fun loving and never had a dull moment in his life. He was drafted into the United States Army in 1956 and served his country for 4 years. He developed a love for operating Ham Radios and electronics. Later, he became a captain of the Civil Air Patrol of Lufkin and Nacogdoches. He worked as an inspector of the United States Department of Agriculture of which he retired after 35 years of service. Paul was an active member of his church, North Street Church of Christ.
His family knew him as a generous man who was proud of his kids and grandkids. He was a loyal devoted and faithful husband to his wife, Barbara for 45 years. He was often found playing “42” at the Senior Center with his favorite friends.
His humor and kind ways will be missed by all of those who knew him.
