Betty Ann Curry Haskett, age 87 of Naples, Florida went home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 10, 2018 after a long, courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease. Betty was born in Tipton, Indiana to parents William H. Curry and Vera Smith Curry.
Betty was a kind and loving wife and mother. She focused on the bright side of life and was always there for her friends and family. She expressed her love and concern for those she loved by creating beautiful hand crafted greeting cards. Every card was created with precision and thoughtfulness.
Betty graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She worked with her husband Joseph as a bookkeeper in their Napa Auto Parts store in Frankfort, Indiana.
Betty always thought of others before herself. She volunteered for the Mental Health Association and the Clinton County Hospital. She was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Betty is survived by her husband Joseph W. Haskett, of sixty three years and her daughter Terry Haskett both living in Naples, Florida. Graveside service will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, May 30 at Fairview Cemetery, 418 Fairview Ave, Tipton, IN 46072. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to Parkinson’s Association of SW Florida.
