Life brings tears, smiles, and memories. The tears dry, the smiles fade but the memories live on forever. You Mrs.D will forever be with us.

I didn't get the chance to know you as we'll as I would have liked, but your quick wit and great personality were always apparent. The loving words from those whose lives you've been a part of is a testimony to the great person inside and the kind and loving way you lived your life. I am thankful that Amanda is in my life and that through her, I had the good fortune to meet you. You will be missed.

Dear Darlene,i loved from the 1st moment we met, you welcomed me into your family instantly, we had many laughs together, and what a sense of 'humor' she tolerated my sense of humor, well shouldn't say tolerated, should have said she, she was really down to earth and I could make her laugh all the time, she always said' Jeannie' you are sooo bad, (in a nice way) I loved her like a sister too/friend, love you Darlene, God Bless your Soul and be now at Peace xoxo

Mrs. "D". So sad to hear you are gone. I will always remember my years at the Beach Club banquet department and meeting you and working for you. You were a most unique woman. I worked so hard to try to get you to see my point of view at times, but you were a person who always stuck to your guns. I loved our conversations when we were killing time in the "kitchen". I am so glad to have met you and worked for and with you. Yes, Sandy, we did "rock" the banquet department. The banquet department "ruled". Darlene you made working fun. I never did not want to come to work. I will miss you, have missed you and so glad to hear you got into "cruising", the only way for a lady like you to be catered to. Rest in peace Mrs. "D".

Mom you were my hero
And my guiding light
With a smile I must admit
You were almost always right
You taught me to be strong
And stand up straight and tall
To carry on with poise and grace
When life has hit a wall
You were there for all the happy times
When our lives didn't have a care
You were always there for me
When I was in despair
I miss you now so very much
For we have rarely been apart
As I live the rest of my life
I'll carry you in my heart
And so my best friend
This to you I vow
It's not good-bye forever
It's just good-bye for now
