I learned of Patrick's loss through the "Remembered" section of the IU alumni publication. I was fortunate to work with Patrick at Bell Trace in the early 2000s and have thought of him often over the years. He always had a smile and a hug for everyone he met. I will never forget those smiling eyes! I'm truly saddened to learn of his passing.

He always put others before himself, and was so wonderfully attentive to the needs and well-being of others. He cared for the residents of Bell Trace. And he was our realtor as well as being our friend. The world needs so many more like him!

Patrick will be so very missed...I have many fond memories of him from my college years and beyond...he was such a loving, selfless person to all around him. He is now at peace, and I'm sure he'll be smiling down as Adrienne and I giggle over our memories of our good times with him! Rest well, my friend.

Because we met and saw Pat most often as a young boy, we knew what kind of man he would grow into. Others have expressed it beautifully on this page. He never forgot to send a Christmas card with a message to us, despite the years which had passed since our last face to face, so we add thoughtfulness to his many attributes. For Adrienne, Margaret, Bob, Stef, Bob, Jr., Andrew and R.J. and the concentric circles of family and friends , we join in sorrow for what he endured, gratitude that it is finished, and joy in the funny and endearing Pat memories we can re-visit. Aunt Judy & Uncle Nels, cousins Belinda and Nancy.
