My deepest condolences to friends and family. I was a neighbor of Charlie's for 5.5 years. He made me feel welcome in my new neighborhood. His kindness and generosity will not be forgotten. My own health precludes my attendance at his celebration of life, but please know he touched my heart like he had touched many others before mine. Goingbto miss that man! Rest in Peace my friend.
