Thoughts and prayers for the family. I worked with and for Gordon for many years and I have to say that he was a good man. Gordon cared about his fellow man and was always ready to help someone if they needed something. He will be missed.

My Mom, Lorease and Gene Stangline shared many memories with the Vanhooser family. They were close neighbors as they raised their kids together. They are still friends after 60 years and counting. Mom and Dad have enjoyed all the many pictures of how beautiful Suzanne is and was as a young woman and Gordon looked just the same today! Much love to their family at this time.

I can’t think of just one memory. Leslie and I were at each other’s houses every weekend from through all of our teenage years. I remember him being so sweet and at one point for some reason, probably because we were acting goofy (imagine that) he started dancing in front of us. Which made us laugh and dance. Thoughts, love and prayers for all of you.
Love,
Ann

Gordon was the sweetest man. We were so happy to become part of his family and have him become part of ours. Our prayers and deep sympathies go out to all his wonderful family, especially our daughter-in-law, Leslie, our son, and grandson Joey.
