Annie Edna Keilberg

Edna Rusher Keilberg, joined her beloved husband Woody, in eternity on Monday, August 6, 2018 at the age of 96 years. She was born in Muldoon, Texas to Clara and Fred Ruscher on September 27, 1921. She is survived by the love of her life, her nephew: Paul Berryman and his wife Lisa; and three great-great nieces of Brookshire, Texas. She also leaves behind several cousins that she was very fond of; and two special cousins who have been her lifeline since her husband’s passing; Thelma McClanahan and Loyce Merle Judd. She graduated from Flatonia High School in May of 1939. In May of 1940 she married Woody Keilberg at Prairie Valley Lutheran Church in Plumb, Texas after a 4 ½ courtship. It was a very happy marriage of 67 ½ years before he went to meet his Lord. They loved to dance and bowl and traveled to different cities with friends to dance and bowl. She also leaves behind many wonderful friends and neighbors who have all been a blessing to her. A very special thanks to, Kay and Herman Kincer and George and Jan Smith also to, St Paul Lutheran Church who inspired her and kept her on her toes Sunday to Sunday. Public Visitation will begin 5:00 PM Sunday at Zoeller Funeral Home and continue until service time. Funeral Services will held 6:00 PM Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Zoeller Funeral Home. Burial will be held 12:00 PM Monday, August 13, 2018 at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
