On Oct. 8, 2018 Joann went onward to be with her husband.

Joann will be deeply missed by her Children, Phillip Seifert of Wijchen, Netherlands, Vicki (Brad) Cleland of Brooklyn Park, MN, and Arthur V. (Sheila) Seifert of Lakeville, MN; Grandchildren, Jeremy Seifert, Fero Seifert, Cassandra Cleland, Arthur John Seifert, Maia (Matt) Winskowski, and Mariah (Joe) Langer; Great-grandchild, Kayden Winskowski.

Joann was preceded in death by her Husband, Arthur John Seifert; Sister, Laurel; Parents.
