Tom was such an amazing man.
I was completely heart-broken when I learned the news that he had passed away.
I was one of his nurses at Meadows and I'll definitely never forget him and his smile.
I looked forward to going into work just to tease him and share a laugh.
I am so very grateful that I had the chance to visit him one last time Thanksgiving weekend.
Donna and Family I'm truely sorry for your loss, I'm sure he's looking down on you smiling and having a beer or golfing :)

Donna, we never met your father but felt that we knew him from the many stories and anecdotes that you shared. You spoke of his strength of character, his will of iron and the pride that he took in keeping fit and active throughout his life. Our thoughts are with you at this time and we hope that happy memories of your father will ease the loss in the coming months.
