I am so sorry for the families loss. I worked with Bobby at the Oceana Commissary from 1977 until he retired. He was a very special friend and I'm so sorry for your loss. I called him to wish him a happy birthday thinking it was today. When I didn't get through I started checking obituaries. I wish I had known earlier today and I would have come to the service. We had good times. He was a special person and I love him as a good friend and especially a Nascar Fan. Rest In Peace Bobby Ray! Your friend and co-worker Delores

I have known Bobby since 1972. We were part of the Nascar gang and the Old Dominion Basketball gang from the Bermuda Inn. Much fun and many memories were had by all. Im sorry of his passing and my thoughts are with his family, he will be missed dearly.
