As a young man, he relocated to Kingston where he worked and studied for several years.
In 1964 – 1970, he worked as an accountant for the West Indies Sugar CO. In 1970 – 1980, he was chief accountant/financial controller for All Island JA Cane Farmers Assistant. A job he held until he migrated to the U.S. with his family.
In August of 1980, he had several jobs in the United States; however, in 1989 he joined Memorial Plan (SCI) as a Senior Family Service Counselor. A career he held until his retirement on March 31, 2007.
On April 20, 1968, he married his beautiful wife Marjorie, the union produced four children, Nicole, Franz, Kurt and Nathan.
In 1983, he accepted the Lord as his savior and in 1986 was ordained a Deacon. A devoted Christian and a teacher of the word of God, who was respected by all who met him. He had a great love for people and was always ready to help anyone in need. Many loved him for his unselfish generosity, kindness and willingness to help others. Noel greatest strength was his faith in the Lord, which energized him and gave him confidence and success to minister not only to himself but also to others.
He lived an eventful and fulfilling life and will truly be missed. Nonetheless, he will never be forgotten, for his memory and spirit will forever be with us.
To cherish his memory, he leaves behind four children; Nicole, Franz, Shea and Nathan. Grandchildren; Stacey, Danyella, Addison, Gabriella, Avery, Quinn, Royce and Isabella. His daughter-in-law Felicia, Son-in-law Sharn, Brothers; Easton and Oralton, Sister; Barbara and a host of nieces, nephews, brethren, along with other relatives and friends.
