Joan Patricia Keelor of North Palm Beach, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on July 1, 2018 at hospice, surrounded by her loving family. Joan was born in Terre Haute, Indiana. She married John Keelor in 1950 and moved to North Palm Beach in 1960. She was a communicant and one of the early members of St. Clare Catholic Church in North Palm Beach. She had a strong devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and prayed the rosary daily. She was a loving and devoted wife, mom, grandma and great- grandma. She will be dearly missed by her husband of 67 years, John Keelor, Sr.; her children Mary Keelor, John (Jane) Keelor, Jr., and Christine (David) Strange, her grandchildren John Christopher (Erin) Keelor, Adrienne (Victor) Vargas, Michael Keelor, Diane (Duane) Rodgers, and Sarah (Brain) Bunch; great-grandchildren Kristin Rodgers, Marshall Bunch, baby girl Bunch, Lilyana Vargas, Eli Vargas, Victoria Keelor, Sadie Keelor, and Savannah Keelor. Also surviving are her sister, Margaret Leusing and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Home 754 US-1, North Palm Beach, FL on Thursday from 3:00PM to 5:00PM concluding with a rosary service. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Clare Church, North Palm Beach on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 2:00PM with Fr. William O'Shea officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach, FL. Memorial gifts may be made to St. Clare Church, 821 Prosperity Farms Rd, North Palm Beach, FL 33408.
