MICHAEL BURGESS,

I AM SO SO SORRY FOR YOUR DEATH. MR BELVAL SAID HOW YOU SUFFERED. I AM SO SORRY. "HE SPOKE OF YOU AND REFERRED TO YOU AS AN ARTIST". PLEASE KNOW I REMEMBER YOUR PRESENCE IN THE CLASS AND HOW YOU
HELPED THE STUDENTS TO WIN IN THEIR ART. I KNOW WHEN YOU WERE TEACHING IN THEIR CLASS; "WHAT A MAGNIFICENT DIFFERENCE YOU HAD ON THEM". YOUR IDEAS WERE BEAUTIFUL AND "INSPIRING". I LEFT A MASS CARD WITH MR. DAVID BELVAL TELLING YOUR MOTHER OF OUR SORROW.

"MRS. BURGESS, YOUR SON WAS A WONDERFUL WONDERFUL ARTIST, WE WERE SO PROUD OF HIM AND HIS WONDERFUL WORK". "THE MASS CARD HAS ONE YEAR" OF MASS'S FOR DAVID". ROSEMARIE NEILSON LCSW AC

I shall always miss Mike. Seems like he grew up at our house along with my boys. We sure felt like he was part of our family all those growing up years and the years since then. We spent a night with Mike at Mystic Pizza and I am so glad we got together that one last time, though we never know it at the time. Rest in peace Mike, we all love you so much and were always part of our family.

This is sad news for us to hear, we would see Michael at his mother's taking care of the yard work, taking his mom to the grocery store, doctor visits, holidays, and always waving to us and talking in passing. Its going to seem strange not seeing him coming and going, we have high respect for both boys as they took such good care of their mother. RIP sweet Michael.

It saddens me to hear of Mikes passing. My brother and I grew up with Mike in the old neighborhood. So many stories and fun times to tell it would take up this whole page. The one thing I will say, is that Mike was a kind soul and a true friend.
