Norwich- Stanley Joseph Dembrowski Jr., age 79, of Norwich passed away at Harbor Village North Healthcare in New London. He was born on December 10, 1939 in Norwich to the late Stanley Joseph Dembrowski Sr. and Marion (Knight) Dembrowski. He worked was a self-employed, contractor-handy man. He leaves behind a loving granddaughter, Ariel Catania of Ledyard. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. "God grant… That I may live to fish until my dying day, And when my final cast is made And life has slipped away, I pray that God's great landing net Will catch me in its sweep And in His mercy, God will judge me Big enough to keep."

Thoughts and prayers to Stanley family. I go back years ago when Rick my son was Baptized lived,on Conn Ave .You are talking at least 50 yrs .I have many memories of Stan,his brother Joe and a very good friend Bob Thomas .I have a picture of them after the baptism sitting in the apartment eating all together .memories are everything .May you rest in peace Stan. My prayers to Sherrie and Stan Jr.

Stan you were the best stepdad any girl could ever want. You were always there for us when we needed you. You taught us right from wrong. I remember when we were brats you would always look up from you crossword puzzles. And say wait till your mom gets home. But you never told on me. You and Mom taught us how to become the women we are today. I love you very much Stan rest in peace fly high

Dad I miss you so much. I will always remember the time when you went to open a well and there was a bees nest and you got stung all over your belly. Brenda and I mad mud and rub it all over your belly. I also remember me and you laying in bed watching football and eating peanuts. There are so many memories. I love you and miss you so.
