Alva was of such a gentle, thoughtful spirit. She loved the Lord dearly , and I know without a doubt that she is in His loving presence even at this moment. She wanted everyone she knew to have that same type of personal relationship with God.

Our dear and precious Beachmont Prayer Team Supervisor, Mrs. Alva Roop is now seeing her Faith, as sight. She has arrived! Her journey here is now complete!
The LORD has seen fit to call her home. And we will rejoice for her, and in the memory of her friendship and service within the Beachmont Centers, Billy Graham Telephone Ministry.

FATHER, once again, I am reminded of YOUR WORDS, “I have prepared a place for you”, and we thank YOU for receiving our dear sister and friend Mrs. Alva into YOUR Loving Arms. We are thankful for the work that she was allowed to accomplish through this ministry, and wherever YOU would have her to go. We ask for her family, that they would be comforted and their hearts turned to YOU. We ask for YOUR PRESENCE to surround them in love so much that they would KNOW YOUR PRESENCE is real. Turn their hearts to YOU LORD JESUS. We rejoice in YOU LORD, for YOU have said, Alva’s work here is complete, come forth. Thank YOU LORD for the testimony and witness of Mrs. Alva, always faithful, always praying, always ready to share the HOPE she found in YOU. I can’t help but to wonder at that very instance in which she found herself in YOUR PRESENCE. Her JOY has been made FULL. And we rejoice in that thought. Thank YOU LORD, as we continue on, following after our SAVIOR, sharing the GOOD NEWS of SALVATION and ETERNAL LIFE through JESUS. We bless YOUR HOLY NAME, FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT, Amen.

Family and Friends, we will miss her but know that in CHRIST JESUS, we shall see her again.
I trust that you too will know this JESUS that she loved so much.
Be blessed and be a blessing.

Alva was a faithful telephone worker and prayer partner for The Billy Graham Telephone Ministry at Beachmont Christian Ministries. Alva was dedicated to God and committed to be present for all the sessions until the pandemic closure.
Alva was highly respected for her diligence in prayer for all those who answered the calls, and prevailed in prayer for those who called the Center to receive Christ in their life.
She was in the Throne room before our Heavenly Father regarding the caller needing Salvation, Assurance, Rededication and Special Needs.
Well done, Alva Roop ! You have been found faithful in your walk with the Lord and to us who know you. Thank you for helping to raise up righteous generations in our nation to follow the Lord Jesus Christ. We love you!
Personally, I thank you for praying for me and my family. I look forward to seeing you again.
Love, Lois
