My sincere condolences to Esther's family. I loved taking care of Esther, and I feel honored that I was able to meet her. She will be deeply missed by me and by our practice. I am so sorry I cannot attend the services, but my thoughts are with her family. To echo others' sentiments, this fiery personality is definitely making 'em laugh in heaven. She always made me laugh too; and the world was better with her in it.

I will always remember Esther at Casey and Jim's Halloween Parties; outlandishly dressed with much sass, sweetness, and always smiling. She'd hop up, offer me a drink, and we'd cheer to much fun and laughs. So...cheers to you, Esther. May you be at peace, evermore.

Much heartfelt love at this difficult time to Family and Friends.

Hugs Brother Casey and Jim.

Love,
Steven
