Sad to hear of Archie’s passing. I knew him in high school . He was a true representative of a “Pilot”- the mascot of our school (Class of 58).He was a great guy and our classmates really liked him.
My prayers are with him,
Bob Benjegerdes

Archie and I were co-workers at Naval Supply Center in Oakland for about twenty three years. During that time we became good friends, and I will cherish the memories of the good times we shared.

Archie's warm, friendly personality made him immediately popular in our freshman class; we elected him class president. Four years later that "nice kid" became a singularly great guy. His friendly smile, hearty laugh and kindly nature earned him a place in all of our hearts.

Archie was one of the nicest guys I had the pleasure of knowing. What a great guy. He had a smile that made you smile when you looked at him. This "big bear" of a man could put a smile on your face just by being himself. Being around Archie made you like him even more. Rest in Peace, Archie.

Archie was my sidekick in High School... Rode in the front seat of my 1954 Ford and when I drove too fast he would quietly say Geeeeeez Medeiros.... God bless him forever....
