Dear Eliseo and Family,

Heard from our High School Class '63 relayed though Becky Lacuesta the sad news of Cecil's passing.

May Our loving Lord give you comfort and peace at this time.

Cecil, as I remember when I have a chance to visit the Elem. Dept. in CPU to see a HS '63 classmate Nita Dean-Porras, a co-teacher of Cecil is her joyful smiles and kind attention to her pupils. I notice that Cecil is approachable by her pupils and has soft, encouraging words. Her pupils have high regards of her. What a blessing to have Cecil as their teacher.

In behalf of HS Class '63, extending our deepest sympathy to the Guevarra-Somes family. Eliseo, we are one with you in your grief.

Sincere sympathy and prayers,
- Althea Caipang Palacios -
