Charles Leroy Culpepper, 73, of Odessa passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at Medical Center Hospital. He was born February 20, 1938 in Eunice, NM. He was an Army veteran. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Terry Cecil & Ida Mae Culpepper, brothers, Donald Wayne, Robert Eugene, & Jimmy Culpepper.
He is survived by his common-law wife, Enedina Alvarez, sisters, Dolores Davies, & Nancy Stanley both of East, TX & Betty Jo Sykes of Odessa.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2011 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 9, 2011 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
