Juan Garcia Baca, 70, of Odessa, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020. He was born March 10, 1950 in Barstow to the late Flora (Garcia) and Frank Baca.
He was a diehard, faithful Dallas Cowboys fan…always believing that “...
