Billy Dale Wood, formerly of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away on January 2, 2020 in Little Elm, Texas at age 94. Billy was born on May 22, 1925 to Ishmael and Maudie (Unger) Wood in Reydon, OK.

Billy married Ellen Lucille and had one adopted daughter. Billy served proudly in the United States Navy during World War II. Billy retired from a 39-year career in the Automotive Industry. He recently moved down to Texas to live with his Son-in-law.

Billy loved fixing broken things and working on cars and boats. He loved gardening. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed boating and spending time at the lake. Some may not know this, but Billy had a sweet tooth! Everything tastes better with a little vanilla ice cream on it!
