Lester Marvin Withrow

Lester Marvin Withrow, 90, passed away on May 30, 2018. Lester was born on February 1, 1928 in Kingfisher, OK to Jesse James and Mary Alice (Leighton) Withrow. Lester was a Christian man who had a very strong faith. He was a long time member of Del Baptist Temple in Del City, OK. He and his wife, Alice stayed very active in all of the church functions and was well-known as the cook for the youth summer camps. Lester and Alice adopted 3 children, Donna, Allyson, and Leslie. He retired from the United States Air Force. After retiring, he became an electrician for AT&T. Lester was always helping others in need and genuinely had a very kind heart. Lester is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Alice Withrow; and daughter, Leslie Withrow. Survivors include his daughters, Donna Fredrickson and husband Scott, and Allyson Eurich and husband Mike; grandchildren, Nicole Rednose, Donny Fredrickson, Jeremiah Denton, Becka Pearce, Laurie Wells, David Eurich, and Bobbi Fredrickson; great-grandchildren, Kylee Ambacher, Keira Ambacher, May Chapman, Lowen Chapman Jr., Alice Denton, Daniel Denton, Hazel Denton, Adalynn Pearce, and Michael Eurich II. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday June 4, 2018 at Del Baptist Temple with interment to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens.
