Paul B. Frasher was born May 21, 1920 and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 14, 2014 at the age of 93. Paul served in the United States Army in WWII as a Sergeant of a Medium Tank Crewman. He was awarded the EAME Theater Ribbon with three Bronze Stars, the American Defense Service Medal, the Good Conduct Ribbon, and the Purple Heart while serving in four different battles that included Tunisia, Naples, Foggia, and Rome Arno. He is preceded in death by his wife Oretha “Kay” Frasher and his daughter Betty Dotson. Survivors include his daughter Shelby and husband Eddie Thompson, son Kenneth and wife Eva June Dotson, his grandsons Timothy Burroughs, Kevin Dotson and his granddaughter Georgeann Dotson. He will be missed by his family and friends. There will be a visitation on Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm. Services will be 10am Monday in the Chapel Hill Funeral Home Chapel with interment immediately following at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
