Irene D. Guest

Mrs. Guest lived every day in action and service to further the Kingdom of God. Professionally, she worked as a nurse and shared her talent and passion on many medical mission trips. She also traveled the world doing mission work and telling people about Jesus.

Mrs. Guest is survived by her children Kevin (Sherry) Guest and Connie (Darrell) Gillespie; fiancée Jimmy Toombs; grandchildren Emily Guest, Tiffany Guest, Leon Guest, Alexandria Gillespie and Mark Waters; great-grandchildren Nevaeh Lee and Madalyn Lee; siblings Leon (Judy) Doar, Donald (Chris) Doar, Kathy(Joe) Parks; brother in Law Frank Waters; along with many nieces, nephews, and a large extended family.

Mrs. Guest is preceded in death by her loving husband H.L. “Sonny” Guest.

There will be a time of visitation on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at Hermitage Hills Baptist Church, 3475 Lebanon Pike, Hermitage, TN, from 12:00pm until 2:00pm, and also from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. A second visitation will be Friday, February 19, 2021 from 10:00am until 11:00am at the Church. A Celebration of Life will begin at 11:00am in the sanctuary at Hermitage Hills Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
