Karen and Lee, you’re in my thoughts and prayers. You’re Mom was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever known. I will miss seeing her beautiful smile.

I met Joyce when she came to receive rehab at the facility where I work. There was no problem seeing that Karen belonged to Miss Joyce! Not only did they look alike, but they had like mannerisms and thoughts.. Joyce always seemed positive and forthright, like a good outcome was a foregone conclusion. That's the Karen I know.
I didn't know that Miss Joyce was a singer. I only knew that when she spoke, her voice pleasantly enveloped me.
I am so glad to have had a chance to see one huge reason why Karen is the generous, giving, positive person she is. She is her "Momma's daughter"! And what a wonderful legacy that is!! And, Karen, you don't even have to work at it. Your Momma just lives through you quite naturally, the way you both positively approach each new step before you. God continue to bless you, Joyce, and thank you for blessing me!!
Sincerely,
Chris Riggs
