Arletta; you were such a model of perseverance and intelligence with an enormous heart full of compassion...A rare quality indeed...It was an honor getting to know you...You are now and will be lastingly missed...Your sudden passing falls far short of that great smile...But better then that is the incredible sweetness I have of hearing you got it; followed by two weeks of peace and being ready to go home...You make "All I know is I'm not home yet, this is not where I belong...Take this world and give me Jesus, this is not where I belong", a lasting theme of how I will always remember you...

Thank you Arletta for a life well done!

We will meet again!

Arletta was such a sweet outgoing person. We shared a special friendship and were co-workers. We would joke around and laugh all the time. We would talk on the phone for hours. Such a sweet, sweet soul. My heartfelt prayer go out to her family. I will contiue to pray for you all and may God bless you. Gone but never will she be forgotten. Adrian from Lapaloma.Memphis,Tn

I just don't know what to say! Arletta was my best friend our 5th grade year, then were separated as we went to different schools. We kept in touch on and off over the years and I had just reconnected with her once again over the last year and enjoyed catching up once again! I am shocked and so saddened. Prayers for the family. Love you sweet girl!

Arletta made such an impact on my life, through very hard times. She was always smiling and had such a positive attitude. Thinking about her lately, I decided to send her a message on facebook to see how she was, only to find out that she had passed away. My heart goes out to her family and many loved ones who had been touched by her at one point or another. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and I know that she is missed dearly. You were loved by so many. Rest in Peace sweet angel.

Arletta was such a bright person on our choir tours. Her talent on the piano made our songs so much more wonderful. Her contagious smile will be missed! A wonderful friend. Prayers go to her family.

Loretta, I am thinking of your family today as I heard the news about Arletta. I am so sorry. I can never forget your sweet family from my early years. Eugene was one of the great teachers in my life as I learned how to sing alto in the choir. God bless you all and comfort you through this sad time.

I remember when I met Arletta around 1975, I thought she was the prettiest young girl I'd ever met. I was glad to have her as my friend on Facebook. We talked about my flowers, and she asked me to help her with a flower bed. We planned to get together. I'm praying for the family, for God to be very near to comfort and to bring sweet memories of her.

Arletta was such a wonderful person. She played the piano so beautifully. My prayers go out to her mom and brother. And especially to her beautiful daughters and grandchildren. May God give you peace and comfort in knowing she is with her Savior.
