I am proud to say that Cindy was a dear friend of mine. She moved in with me in 1976, when my room mate ,my Sister Angelia was killed in a car wreck. She helped me through a difficult time in my life and I thank her for that! Cindy always had a positive attitude about life and lived it to the fullest. She was a lot of fun to be around, and she had loads of friends that loved her dearly. I will miss her quick humor and her knowledge of all things Memphis, especially Rock and Roll. Mrs. Younger prayed for me and my family every day, I loved them both! We will miss you Big C! Love you always!

Cindy Younger never met a stranger. She was loved by many and will be forever missed. Truly blessed to have Cindy as my cousin and will always cherish the wonderful memories of growing up together. Every time I hear rock and roll music, James Brown, Elvis.....I am reminded of Cindy and her love for music and the times we danced. Until we meet again sweet cousin. Love forever.

My dear friend/sister, I will always cherish our memories and will love you forever. One of these days, We will dance in the rain, swim in the river of life, sit at the welcoming table, be with our Loving Jesus and we will know each other because we will be known as we were known. 😘 Until then, I will continue to love you & miss you especially with every snow flake. I sure thought we’d grow old together! I miss your face & voice so much. You don’t miss any of us here on earth because there are no tears in heaven, no pain, no sorrow but all of us still here on earth sure do miss you. XOXOXO ✝️
