Sal and Lucille moved to Deltona in 1997 to be near their son Sal and his family and became faithful members of Our Lady of Lakes Catholic Church. They again were active in church organizations and activities, with Lucille focusing on St Vincent de Paul. Lucille especially enjoyed family get togethers, her friends and activities such as her bunco group and Red Hat Society. When she was no longer able to live on her own, she spent the last few years of her life in the loving care of her daughter and her family and home in Georgia.
