Hugo M. Jordan was 85 years old when the LORD took him home on Wednesday May 2018. He was born in Cuba in 1933, the youngest of five children. He graduated with a BA in Science in 1953, and got his accounting degree in 1961. Hugo married the love of his life, Martha Rodriguez in June 1958, and they soon started their family. Hugo and Martha had 2 girls, Millie and Matty, before they all came to the USA in 1967. Victor was born 7 years later to complete the family.
Hugo enjoyed a long career as an accountant and auditor, before becoming a lay Eucharistic minister in the Episcopal Church in 1997. He also served in the Anglican Church for many years. Hugo loved God, his family, and his adopted country, and enjoyed traveling across the globe. He was predeceased by his wife Martha Jordan and all his siblings. He is survived by his children: Millie (Chuck) Maynard, Matty (Tim) Perkins, Victor (Wendy) Jordan, 6 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
The viewing will be held on Saturday June 2, 2018 from 10 am - 11 am at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead located at 127 Blanding Blvd Orange Park, FL 32073. Funeral services will be held from 11 am until noon at the same location.
Interment will follow at noon at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery located at 111 Blanding Blvd Orange Park FL 32073
