David Michael Olander

He was born in Hartford, Connecticut on August 28, 1945. David graduated from Wethersfield High School and he proudly served in the Navy in Vietnam.

He was married to Patricia on September 14, 1968. He worked in Trucking with Yellow Freight and McLean Trucking. He had a passion for golf and was a past member of Rio Pinar Golf Club. He also had a passion for travel and loved to visit Europe.

He was survived by his children Keith (Sonia) and David Jr. He was also survived by his sister Patricia Goulet (Kevin Goulet). He was preceded in death by his brother Edward Olander, Jr.

A public visitation for David will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 4301 S. Chickasaw Trail, Orlando, FL 32829. A graveside committal with military honors will occur Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2400 HARRELL RD, ORLANDO, FL 32817. A catered reception will occur Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817.
