Dear Mike and kids-

I was very sorry to learn of Leisa's passing. Leisa was a dedicated and cheerful co-worker during my years with the Osceola School District. She was exceptional in keeping my daily schedule and office organized and running efficiently. I know how much her family meant to her, based on my day to day conversations with her.

I can't be with you today to share in remembering Leisa, but I wanted you to know that Gay and I are thinking of you and remembering Leisa during this time.

My heart it broken with the news of Leisa's passing. Leisa was an amazing woman, wife, mother and now grandmother. She was such a strong, confident women with a heart of gold. I will never forget all the memories we shared out at the Clark Bay Hunt Club with her and the Bierfreund family. I will always remember her yummy cooking, the awesome cakes she made, her crown royal drinks and her love of hunting out there with the guys at CBHC. My deepest condolences go out to Mike, Michael, Joe and the whole family. You will all be in my heart and prayers during this difficult time and I know you will get through this together!!! God bless you all!

Love Always,
Lainey & Matt Muenich

I was heartbroken to hear of Leisa's passing especially the same day as my brother passed. I have fond memories of growing up with her in Delmar and visiting her and Mike in 1975 in Florida. We reconnected at our 40th Class Reunion for the Class of 74 Delmar High. We would get together for dinner when Mike and her were up on the eastern shore visiting with Greg Tingle. You could tell in the conversation that she truly enjoyed life and loved Mike and her family dearly. When a loved one becomes a memory the memory becomes a treasure. You will missed deeply. Rest in peace until we meet again. Love You

Always remember her as kind and generous. Going through my life, she & Mike was always a source Of Calm and inspiration.

They both taught me that there is happiness to be achieved after the storm. I still practice this mentality to this day.

Thank you for being in my life. I’m a better man as a result

Only knew Leisa for a short time but she was always happy & enjoying herself. We actually went to High School together in the “big” city of Blanket, Texas! We had lots of laughs! I was shocked to hear the news & I know she will definitely be missed but never forgotten, by any of us! Condolences to her family.

More than 20 years ago I was blessed to meet this beautiful lady. Leisa was a friend, confidant and the other mother to my children. We shared many happy times talking and sharing stories about our Clark Bay family, children and their worlds. When I think about Leisa, I think about how she wove a beautiful web of kindness and friendship with all those she met. I consider myself blessed to count myself as her friend. My heart is broken for our loss, after all she was ours to hold, if only for a time. God Bless You Sweet friend!

Leisa, I can't wrap my head around the fact that I will never see you again. You are my niece but you are more like a sister to me. I was upset that we didn't get to see you when we saw your Mother this summer. I will miss you dearly and you will always be in my heart. Ly high Leisa , I love you.
