Cleo Carter Rann, age 96, of Port Orange, Florida passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021. Cleo was born March 19, 1924.

Cleo is survived by her children; Rebecca Belton, Gene C. (Kathleen) Rann, Karen Ellis; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
