To the man that proved love exists . Even though I only met you a few times , an impact was left . I first met you at Myrtle Beach . No one even questioned me being there , you built such a huge , strong , and loving family that everyone welcomed me . Thank you for that . On that trip , I witnessed a true family , full of love and compassion . Everyone treated me like I was apart of their own . It was something I’d always remember , a feeling I never felt , I felt like I belonged and it was great to even acknowledge that I can be so comfortable with people that I only met a few day earlier . Now I’m not saying I was obsessed or anything , I’m going to call it admiring , but I think in that one week alone , I asked you and great grandma to tell your love story atleast twice a day . And if I weren’t asking you guys , then I was definitely asking mindy to say it all again . It was like a fairytale , but so inspiring . I didn’t even think love can be that real . Even after the trip and still even now , I ask occasionally to hear it . Again , not obsessed , just feel like it should be a movie , great reviews . And I’m so appreciative of all the laughs you provided for me in Myrtle Beach and in Florida . Everyone is in smiles when in your presence . I enjoyed all your jokes and stories , you sure are a charmer . I’m not good with words but I’m forever grateful that I had the opportunity to meet you and be apart of your family . Thank you for the smiles and love .

To one amazing man, my grandpa!!! Words can't describe how much you mean to me, growing up you and Grandma were always there for me, there was not a birthday or event that you guys missed, always there making me smile, many of my friends grew up without having that and I was always so proud that I had you guys, all my friends loved you, they said you were the funny grandpa always teasing us and making us laugh! Most of my child hood memories are at the lake house with you guys out on the boat and in the lake, then you on the grill making yummy food and Grandma inside slaving away...always had the best meals at that house!!!! You and Grandma built the most amazing empire and I just want you to know how much you will be missed and how much we all love you always and forever!! There is not really one particular memorie I want to share cause the amount of memories are endless....grandpa your the best and as I write this I cry...i already miss you so much...love you forever and as always eat a bug!!!! Love your granddaughter Mindy!

To me you will never age.

To the man that knew every language but Greek, the master barber, the man that taught me that digging sand from the walkway was a beltable offense, the man that helped me learn my love of the water and how to fish, a man that appreciated food the way that I do (a lot), and to the man that called me Nickle and will always be know to me as grandpa: although we all know that no one lives forever that someday seems to come too quickly. It is so hard to believe you are gone but to me you will always be remembered the way you were when we spent every summer/all summer on the lake; when grandma made us amazing meals, we swam, caught newts, fished, boated, played basketball, rode bikes, walked the lake, ran and hid from you when we were bad. I will always remeber you sharing your candy that you were never without and I will remember you always falling asleep in your chair. Without you I wouldn’t be me. I am going to make sure my kids hear all your silly jokes. One last BIG hug from me. Love, Nickle
