Wendy, Cindy, Derek & Family
My deepest condolences to all of you. Gene-O was a great Man and have allot of great memories growing up with all of you at the hockey rink, lacrosse box and at your home on Newman Crescent. Lotsa mileage and fun chatter driving to those games and tournaments with your Mom and Dad. They even enjoyed (endured) serenaded by the Stokely Stones!! Gene-O was always positive and smiling even after some losing games...always greeted leaving the dressing room with a “good game Jeffer” .
Sincerely / Jeff

To Wendy, Cindy and Derek and families.
W e were saddened and sorry to hear of Eugene's passing. Memories flood my mind of childhood days back on the farm. Our families visited on warm summer evenings and cold winter days especially Christmas. On Saturday nights you would find Eugene and his Dad inclined unto a crackling tube radio on the mantle listening to Foster Hewitt on Hockey Night in Canada. Every visit was special because it was a surprise. There was no way to warn people of your arrival. It was so much fun for us kids. School picnics featured soft ball, he pitched for Garland. Fastest under hand pitch I ever saw. He will be remembered for his thoughtfulness, caring, sociable and humorous nature. He will be missed very much. May the warmth of God's Love, Peace and Grace comfort you today and in the days ahead. Take care. Eugene,Rest in Peace.

Uncle Eugene was always such a kind person and though I haven’t seen him in years, I have fond memories of chatting with him and aunty Nadia at family get togethers as a child. He was always such a pleasure to talk with and was one of my favourite uncles. He will be missed. My condolences to my cousins Wendy, Cindy, Derek and their families.
