Martha Epstein Leibman passed away on November 7, 2020. She was born on October 2, 1920 in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of William and Rose Epstein. Martha was married to Morris Leibman on August 2, 1942. They were married for forty-eight years until his passing in 1990.
Martha was an avid sports enthusiast, and predicted NFL scores for KMBC for one year under the name of “Alimony Annie.” She also enjoyed playing golf with her husband and friends. Martha had a career in retail sales at Woolf Brothers and worked as a volunteer for over a decade during her retirement years at the The Discovery Shop.
Martha’s greatest love was her family. She is survived by her two children: Barry Leibman (Caroline) and Andi Sandefur (John). She is also survived by her grandchildren: Brian Sandefur (Ashley), Mindy Stutler (Jon), and Kevin Sandefur (Mary), as well as seven great-grandchildren: Harper, Colin and Patrick Sandefur; Cameron and Colby Stutler; Gloria and Oscar Sandefur.
