Catherine R. Wilkins, age 77, passed away on February 13, 2012 in Oviedo, Florida. She was born on August 11, 1934 in St. Louis, Missouri a daughter of the late Louis Dominique & Mable Catherine (Hall) Rutten; a life long member of the Catholic Church. She had worked at a Mortgage Loan Officer for C & S Mortgage Company. Catherine was a member of the Tallahassee Builders Association and the Tallahassee Realtors Association. Her hobbies included painting, fishing, and gardening . She loved spending time at the ocean and collecting seashells. She will be remembered for her dedication to FSU Football and her fond affection for cats. Survivors include her daughters: Lily Denise Young and Lisa (David) Moore; son: William L. Chesser; brother: William Rutten; sister: Ann Wahl; 5 grandchildren: Lisa, David, Ashley, Diana & Alexis. A Memorial Service will be on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel of National Cremation & Burial Society 7565 Red Bug Lake Road, Oviedo, FL 32765. Memorial contributions may be made to The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.
