Isobel "Betty" Moody, 91, entered into eternity on January 31, 2012. Born in Evanston, Illinois on August 6, 1920 she matured into an independent young woman. She moved to Belleville, Illinois and became a court stenographer. Later Betty moved to Boca Raton, working within the court system on the Army Air Corp. base. There Betty met her husband of 63 years, Harry R. Moody who predeceased her in 2007. She is survived by her sons, Harry R. Moody, Jr. and William J. Moody; her daughter, Barbara A. Bass; and her grandchildren, Scott Richards, Elissa Bass, Carolyn Moody, and Roger Moody.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 3, 2012 at 11 AM at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Oviedo. Betty will be laid to rest with her husband at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. Arrangements entrusted to NATIONAL CREMATION & BURIAL SOCIETY, Oviedo, Florida.
