What a full and accomplished life Dr. Rayos had! As a friend of Rich, I certainly appreciate and value the legacy of his children, their faith and commitment to community and service. My prayers are with you, that you are experiencing the grace of knowing that he is at peace and has rejoined his beloved Bernice.
