When we first met Ray, I was his wife's hospice nurse. The love Ray had for his wife and the the way he cared for her was the most beautiful thing I ever witnessed. He always thought of others and never himself. As we all surrounded Shirley as she was passing, we sang Amazing Grace and it was at that moment I knew Ray would be in our families lives forever. My heart is broken but knowing he is with his beloved Shirley and the Lord, I am comforted. Our memories of him will live on forever.
