Ruth is survived by her devoted brother Richard Jacobs, Sister-in-law Marilyn Jacobs, Son Michael Aarons, Daughter-in-law Rona Ackerman, Granddaughters Faye and Lianne, nieces Marcy Kocen and Sharon Jacobs and great nieces and nephews Valerie Little, Jesse Little, Sophia Chalfin-Jacobs and Max Chalfin-Jacobs.
Ruth's life has been challenging. She was born with Cerebral Palsy. Her parents Morris and Anna Jacobs always encouraged and supported her to maximize her abilities. They were fearless advocates at a time when people with disabilities had little to no legal protections.
Her brother Richard took over for his parents for the last 35 years. He has been faultless in his attention to her welfare.
A funeral service for Ruth will be held Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 2:30 PM at IJ Morris at Star of David of the Palm Beaches, 9321 Memorial Park Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412, followed by a committal service.
